Balanced, smooth and creamy.
A nod to our first Café in Woodstock, our Salisbury Street blend is both inspired by and dedicated to the individuals of this neighbourhood. Sourced from Tanzania and Ethiopia, you can expect a smooth dark chocolate taste with hints of toasted hazelnut and a subtle citrus overtone.
Chapter 1 Blend
Bold, full bodied and floral.
On the 8 August 2019 our coffee journey began with the opening of our first Stellski - a tiny espresso bar in the heart of Cape Town CBD. This smooth, full bodied blend of Burundi and Ethiopia origin was our very first Blend. Expect a sweet honey aroma and plenty of berry and chocolate flavours.
